Michelle took her first yoga class in 2004 when she worked for Club One Fitness in San Francisco. The drive to get in shape and challenge herself was merely the beginning of a journey that continues to transform her life today. She discovered that yoga provided an honest sense of inspiration, comfort and peace, that couldn’t be found anywhere else. Moving to Hawaii in 2013, Michelle knew her practice would profoundly deepen. From teaching indoors to outdoors in the park or on the water with SUP yoga, she found her calling helping others. Michelle brings creativity and balance to each class, integrating breath with movement so you can focus, relax, and play. She believes that every day is different for your body and mind, so learning how to accept yourself in the moment is essential to the experience of yoga, on and off the mat.
