Bianca began practicing yoga in 2004 just outside of Montreal, Canada in her home town as a way to follow her passion of being active and always cultivating new ways to stay healthy and fit. Over her years of practice she developed a love for restorative yoga and a deeper understanding of the human body. Bianca received her 200-hour teaching certification in Solano Beach, CA, which blends mindfulness, Viniyoga, Therapeutics and Vinyasa yoga styles to help ease tension in the body and mind. Her instruction emphasizes safe body alignment to promote a healthy practice that will take your body to a deeper level of exploration and release from everyday life.
Jennifer moved to the Island, from Chicago, when she decided it was time to leave the corporate world and city life to focus her energy on helping others through mind, body and balance. She understands the pressures of day to day life and how we lose touch with what is most important – ourselves! Jennifer connected with Yoga over 10 years ago, and has leaned on her Yoga practice to keep balance in her own life. Now as a Yoga, Pilates, and Barre Instructor, she hopes to bring the same benefits and rewards to others.
Michelle took her first yoga class in 2004 when she worked for a fitness club in San Francisco. This was merely the beginning of a journey that continues to transform her life today. She discovered that yoga provided an honest sense of peace and self-truth, that couldn’t be found anywhere else. She made bold changes in her career and life that the light of yoga inspired. Moving to Hawaii in 2013, Michelle knew her practice would profoundly deepen. From teaching indoors to outdoors in the park, or on the water with SUP yoga, she found her calling helping others to experience all that yoga has to offer. Michelle received her advanced 500-hr RYT certification in Yoga Therapy on the Big Island of Hawaii. She brings self-healing knowledge, creativity and compassion to her classes in order to balance the body, mind, and spirit as a whole.
Sherry brings more than 20 years of experience in teaching Group Fitness, Personal Training & Health Coaching in Utah and Hawaii. She puts emphasis on meeting people where they are through teaching, guiding, and inspiring them towards positive changes away, from unhealthy lifestyle habits to become the healthiest and most fit version of themselves.
