Increase flexibility and strength in a safe, supportive environment. In this Hatha-based yoga class, you will experience the fundamentals of proper alignment and postures while using the breath to release tension in the mind-body. This all-levels class will leave you relaxed, refreshed and inspired. This is a donation-based class as 100% of the proceeds are donated to a local organization at the end of each month.
For all levels, this yoga practice uses pranayama (breath) to help awaken your consciousness and let go of tension in the mind and body. Various yoga postures are integrated at an easy pace using proper alignment to stretch and strengthen different parts of the body.
Taking pilates to the next level using props to intensify the sequence! This bold style of body conditioning will help build flexibility and lean muscle while emphasizing proper spinal and pelvic alignment. Deep core strengthening, key breathing techniques, and balance and coordination will all be integrated. You WILL feel the pilates burn!
pilates with foam roller is an extraordinarily effective class that will activate deep core muscles, improve balance and posture while building strength. Using the foam roller also provides great myofascial release and self-massage.
Our SUP Yoga session will challenge both a physical and mental state of balance and awareness, while building strength and flexibility. Classes are 1 1/2 hours, lead by a certified SUP Yoga instructor on Napili Bay. This hatha-based yoga practice is humbling, playful and fun. An amazing and blissful mind-body experience on the water!
Experience this challenging and dynamic whole body muscle conditioning class using body bars, dumbbells and fitness bands. Shoes required.
High intensity class alternating between workout stations. Each class will vary in using different pieces of equipment like BOSU balls, medicine balls, suspension, jump ropes, body bars, or hand weights to develop strength, endurance, balance and flexibility. A total body workout, Yoga Sculpt classes are set to energizing music and designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. This class complements your regular yoga practice while boosting your metabolism and pushing your strength and flexibility to new heights. Free weights are added to the sequence, creating resistance and intensifying each pose. Strength-training exercises such as squats, lunges, bicep and triceps curls are incorporated to build lean muscle mass. You will see visible results in your body.
